don't worry so much.... as long as you ar physically fit and within a good range for your height..... (the actual number isn't really that important...we girls worry too much about this and life is way too short for such silliness)

If you are above a size 4 but under a size 14-16, than I would say that you are in a healthy range. I would go more by dress size. If a person exercises a lot and does weight training, they can have a higher body weight while wearing the same or smaller dress size of some one lighter.

Bah. Weight is just a number. I've known girls who are over 145 pounds (with varying heights, so don't give me any of that) who are absolutely beautiful. And at the same time I've known girls of varying heights who have the "perfect" weight who are hideous. When will the female population realize this? If you're doing it for health reasons it's one thing, but chances are you're doing it in order to be attractive, and it's a bit ridiculous, in my humble opinion.

Depends on how tall you are, but generally 132 is a pretty healthy weight.

Hi, you are within the healthy BMI weight range. But if you wanted to lose a few pounds, ie 5-10lb that would be ok, I certainly wouldn't recommend any more.

well it depends, how tall are you? Anywhere between 130 and 145 is average for anyone in the 5 to 5'5 range.

Weight can be determined on a lot of things. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat!
And your height does have a lot to do with it. I recommend checking out your BMI on a website.

You don't say how tall she is or give bone structure. More info would help in answering the question.
