i get mad realy easy at my boyfriend?

i get mad at my boyfriend realy easy and ill just get up and walk way .like thats helping.
i dont know what to do.
it makes him feel like he did something but its me not him.
what can i do?
do i need help from a Dr.?

I think it's great that you recognize you're part of the problem here. That's a really big first step.

OK, now that you know many times you just get angry about nonsense stuff, next time you get angry take a deep breath and tell your boyfriend (very gently) you need some time alone while you can analize if what's bothering you it's worth fighting. I'm sure he'll understand, for he already know you get angry very easy.

When you're calmed again, talk about it with your boyfriend. Communication is the clue of a good relationship!

Oh, important! Try not to make decisions, say something or take action while you're angry. It's always better to be calmed before doing anything... or you'll regret it!

I don't think you need a doctor... you just have to learn how to manage your character. I'm telling you from my own experience!

Depends what hes doing and why you're getting so mad, do you love him? how long you guys have been together?.
May be you're bored about him. stuff like that happen...

Do you really love him or the convenience of him? If you feel, at the very heart of yourself, that you're setteling for him, you may be tranfering those feelings to him in the form of resentment and anger.
