Get her something small and useful, like some bibs or an outfit and throw in a gift card as well--you can never have too many of those walmart gift cards for diapers and stuff :)

A free baby sitting voucher. Moms will need a break, so write on a card, " This card good for a day of baby sitting" and then fulfill the grant when opportunity's arrives.

Something affordable, tell you what why don't you do all the chores she does, cooking, cleaning, etc. for a few days or a week. I guarantee that will be the best gift she would get. Just treat her like the queen she is.

Just try to get something that the baby can use. Or ask your mom for some ideas.

Why don't you go into the details and give us a price range so you can get some good answers. What's affordable to one person is totally outrageous to another.
