Any recommendations on products, brands, procedures to remove body hair? I want to stay away from shaving. Waxing is just painful. Nair is what I have been doing. Recommend a method that lasts the longest.

Thanks

You don't say how much you are trying to remove and on what part of your body. You're a guy right....so maybe it's your back; or your chest hair... there's only ONE way in my opinion...& that's LAZER.

I just don't get why guys do it... I personally like a guy with a little hair on his chest. Maybe it's what you grew up with. My daddy had LONG chest hairs that curled up over his teeshirt (but you never saw it when he had his dress shirt on).

If you use waxing, you have to wait until it grows out again long enough to wax again...........eeuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. A manicurist (not my favourite) talked me into waxing, and I had some facial hair waxed... the next time I wanted it done, she said no bcz it wasn't long enough....so I grudgingly waited until it was long enough and went back in...and she looks at me and starts laughing!...and goes "YOU LOOK LIKE MAN!"...(I CHEERFULLY wanted to KILL HER). I NEVER let anyone touch me with wax again....besides it removes all your baby hair too...which is normal! (TOO SMOOTH).

If you use a dipilitory, you have to have that yucky stuff all over you...

If you shave, it will grow back worse and scratchy.

LAZER on the other hand --- while EXPENSIVE --- thins the regrowth of the hair, to the point you can stop on places you want to keep a little bit maybe. Each treatment destroys regrowth in a percentage---so one treatment may be all you'll want. or 2? or 3.

If you do not want to shave it and your skin is not very sensitive to chemicals... Nair for Men is the best product. It works in 4 minutes and really gets rid of all unwanted hair. The only other solution is to get laser treatments which also can cause bumps or ingrown hair like Nair.

Go to the men's haircare and there's some sort of powder you can use on your head for hair removal. I hear it works great. It removes hair on your haid, why not elsewhere.
