I have taken the Day After Pill after i had an accident with my boyfriend and i haven't gotten my period yet.

It has been 8 days after i had taken the Morning After Pill or The Plan B or Day After Pill and i still haven't gotten my period. Is there something wrong? Does it mean that i am pregnant? I just took a pregnancy test and it said i am not pregnant. Did i take the pregnancy test too early and it can't detect pregnancy. Please help with any advice or answers. Thanks

Did you read on the box how long after wards before the test can be taken to get a positive reading? You might be it's a little to soon to tell.
