I don't think it is take for granted - it seems more like don't take time to notice. If you think the beaches are lovely drive across country and see the mountains and the beach on the other coast (and that is just america). There is so much natural wonder it's hard to see it all, even if that is all you did for a lifetime.
That's one reason why I believe in reincarnation. I think we keep coming back because there is so much to see - not only the natural beauty but the multitude of relationships, courses of study, living situations, etc. And the combinations are endless. It is too hard to believe, for me anyway, that we are here for one time and one time only. I mean, we only get to be us (this physical being typing) this one time, but our essence must return again and again to learn more and more, right?

Yeah but I try to think about how blessed I am everyday, and to stop and smell the roses, I try not to get caught up in school and work too much!!!

no matter what country, nature's diverse landscapes are as beautiful as we choose to experience them. most people are too busy being in their heads, instead of their hearts,...so beauty is overlooked and gratitude is lost.
