In London it's a Waterloo station.
From Heathrow you take Heathrow express to Paddington Station, take Bakerloo Lane and go to Waterloo. It'll take about 45 minutes.

In Paris it's Paris Nord
30 minute ride on RER B to/from Charles de Gaulle Airport and probably about the same or slightly more to/from Orly, because you'll be coming from South of Paris

What? Chunnel station? What is that?

Do you mean "Eurostar"?

The high speed service between London and Paris is called "Eurostar", "chunnel" is nothing.

From Heathrow you must go to the Waterloo station, from where the Eurostar trains leave for Paris.

The trip is this:
At Heathrow you must take the Underground (subway) to Green Park station, the trip time is around 44 min (Piccadilly Line towards Cockfosters).

At Green Park station you must transfer to Jubilee Line towards Stratford, trip time 4 minutes to Waterloo.

You can take the Heathrow Express special train but is TOO EXPENSIVE.

Eurostar trains arrives to Gare du Nord in Paris. From there to Paris airport you can take the B line of the RER suburban express trains. The RER station is accesible from the Nord station, trip takes around 35 min.
