How can I link 2 checkboxes in Excel where one affects the other?

I would like to know how to have a Yes checkbox and a No Check box that if you check the yes that the no will automatically uncheck or the other way around. Basically to have two checkboxes linked together somehow that if one is checked the other can't be.

You don't want a checkbox you want an option button.
This is commonly known on the internet as a radio button.
