I drink about five Nalgenes a day, which equals about 20 8oz cup. No joke. I get teased all the time because I have to go to the bathroom like every 20 minutes.

I tend to always be really thirsty. The above amount doesn't count other liqiuds as well. But I try to stick mostly with water, green tea, and soy milk. Sodas tend to make me even more thirsty.

6-8 8 oz glasses. I carry a liter bottle with me wherever I go and then when it's empty, I drink plain fridge water or open another bottle and drink at least half by the time I go to bed.

"You know soda doesn't count." Actually, soda does count as liquid - especially if you are drinking something like 7up. The caffeine in colas can counteract some of the water (and just isn't good for you), so when I drink soda, I only drink non-caffeinated diet sodas. Unless the soda is diet, if yoau re drinking eight a day, you've pretty much met at least half of your caloric intake for the day. So you have to be super careful about it.

I drink 2 liters of water, every day. It comes to the same as eight glasses. I am constantly drinking water. I have a big liter bottle that I carry everywhere, and it makes it easy because I know when I've filled and emptied it twice I'm done for the day, although if I finish early I often drink more, because I get thirsty when I don't have any water for an hour or so. I will never go back to drinking less. It keeps me cool in the summer, and it keeps my lips and skin from getting too dry and chapped in the winter. It has really helped to clear up my acne, too. I just love water!

I probably drink 4 or 5 - 8oz. water a day. I keep a bottle with me practically all the time, even at night.

Honestly, if possible, I drink a half glass of water a week. I should drink more and I'm going to start soon.

Two to three water bottles, which is about 4-6 cups of water. A few years ago, I didn't drink too much, and my skin and lips always got dry and cracked. So now, I'm working my way up to 8 cups.

I usually drink a minimum of half gallon a day. After my two cups of coffee in the am, it's all water from there. I always have a bottle of water with me.

No, I know what your thinking, and I don't have to pee ALL the time. But if your waiting for me to finish you might have to hold it a while.

Most people parrot the old crap about 8 glasses a day.
YOU DON'T NEED THAT MUCH WATER!!

It's a myth! BOGUS advice. Just an old wives' tale. Urban legend.

Drink when you're thirsty. Period. Don't obsess over how much.
