Do you mean make your own from scratch?
start with 6oz frozen grape juice & 6 oz of frozen orange or lemon , must be frozen because no preservatives which would kill the yeast, like in a bottle of juice.
small spoon of yeast... if you don't use enough it will just take a little longer but soon yeast will multiply...
add 1 cup of sugar
this all goes in a one gallon jug
fill with water... leave a little space on top for bubbles, etc. not too much. you don't want air to come in contact with it so it doesn't turn vinegary.
now put a balloon over top of the bottle or jug
keeps bacteria in the air out and CO2 in
balloon will slowly expand, it's cool
mine usually takes 6 weeks if i can wait that long
when it reaches its maximum alchohol content the yeast will die, & balloon will shrink down as balloons don't hold air forever
you can sweeten or dilute to your taste if you want

Try this:

Cranberry-Orange Sangria

1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
3 lemon slices
4 cranberry herbal tea bags
1 bottle white Zinfandel wine
2 to 4 tablespoons brandy
1/2 pint fresh strawberries, washed and trimmed
1 orange (unpeeled), washed and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup club soda

In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, cloves, cinnamon stick and lemon. Simmer over medium heat, reduce heat to low. Simmer another 10 minutes. Remove pan from heat.

Add in the tea bags, and let sit for 5 minutes. Now remove solids with slotted spoon.

Refrigerate the tea mixture until cool. Put into a large serving container. Add in wine and brandy. Now add orange and strawberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, add club soda.

from what i understand sangria is no more than mixing wine with your choice of juice and some sugar... Sometimes people add schnopps with the wine
