I had my surgery 4 weeks ago can't see the doctor for two more weeks.

Not until after you have been cleared by the doctor. You have to allow yourself 6-8 weeks to heal. After the doctor says it's OK, then have fun!

Not yet!! You have to get the ok from your dr. first (which is the appointment you'll be having in a couple more weeks). At that appointment the dr. takes a look to make sure you are healing ok and will let you know if it's ok to resume.
I had mine done last year and found this website to be very very helpful http://www.hystersisters.com/ You'll find a lot of information here.

Any time from now on. If you are still concerned about infection have your partner wear a condom until you see the doctor again.

call the doctor's office and he'll either tell you over the phone or have his nurse tell you. You won't be bothering him/her and it will be relatively quick.
