First of all, what do they say? Is it Wat'sup? or is it Wat'sup man?

Also, how do you answer the greeting? Are you supposed to say, "I am fine, how are you?", or do you say somthing else?

****also are there any other cool greetings like this that makes us seem cool?

What's up (see also: wuz up, wazzup, waz up?)

Response: Nothing much (also: not much, nuthin much)
You can also respond with "sh*t." if you feel comfortable with this.

When older people use young language it actually makes them seem less "cool." I would recommend sticking with your old people's language. However, if you really feel the need to try something new you can try "What's poppin pimpin?" Let me know how this works out for you, Lol ;-)

You say "wuss'up"

You can answer by saying "wuss'up" right back, or just say "nothing" or "you know"

You can someone by saying, "what's the word?"

Yo
Hey
What's up? (usually answered, "not much, you?")
How's it going? (usually answered "okay, you"?)

you can add "dude" (for boy), "man" (for boy), "babe" (for girl), or 'hun" (for girl)...so:

Yo dude
Hey dude
What's up dude? (usually answered, "not much, you?")
How's it going dude? (usually answered "okay, you"?)
Yo man
Hey man
What's up man? (usually answered, "not much, you?")
How's it going man? (usually answered "okay, you"?)
Yo babe
Hey babe (or "hey baby")
What's up babe? (usually answered, "not much, you?")
How's it going babe? (usually answered "okay, you"?)
Hey hun
What's up hun? (usually answered, "not much, you?")
How's it going hun? (usually answered "okay, you"?)

you can also just say: "Dude"
