why would you want to lose muscle? if your over developed, stop working out. if your trying to lose weight and have figured out that muscle weighs more than fat, don't worry about it. the more lean muscle you have the more calories your body burns.

i am not trying to sound scarce but why do you want to loose muscle? loosing fat is what you should be after.(if there is any) sure muscle weighs more than fat but muscle is the most healthiest form of weight there is.
