Depends on the situation, if its just like a hello kiss, then proably not, if its more of a romantic kiss I'd say that more than likely he likes you, and you should figure where you stand with him b4 saying he's your bf, and if you don't want to date him make sure to stop what ever is going on

No, it means he's attracted to her and wants to be more than friends. It doesn't mean they're dating though.
