this guy seems really insecure, but that is no excuse for asking you these things. He obviously does not respect you very much.
Talk to him about this, everyone gets insecure sometimes but tell him asking questions like these are unacceptable. Tell him when he gets insecure he should speak to you frankly about it, and what is making him feel this way. If things don't change, i think you should respect yourself more then putting up with that, you are not promiscuous and he shouldn't make you feel like you are

who is this guy that keeps askin' this? is he your boyfriend or just a friend that you may want as a boyfriend? just come up with some sarcastic answer to both questions like, "yeah, i just finished slobbin' a knob a few minutes ago" or tell him that you did have a couple of offers from guys but you have no schlong for them to suck" -maybe then he'll STFU! (shut the f*ck up)

Maybe he heard something about you from someone else, and is trying to get you to spill the beans. It sounds like a stupid question to me. Ask him why he's asking you this, and read his response carefully. You may find that he's insecure.

Maybe he thinks you've been around the block or he's hinting that he wants you to suck his. Either way, be careful. If he really digged you, chances are he wouldn't be talking to you that way.
