Lesson learned I hope. Keep your money in your pocket unless of course you agreed to go "dutch" in the beginning. Yes, he was and ******. If he was "taking" you he should have been paying for you too.
Better luck next time but, chalk this one up to a lesson learned.

I think that yes he was a unmentionable but guys are kinda dumb when it comes to things like that. If it's really bothering u that bad call him up and tell him that u need the money for something else and if u don't want to bother with it just leave it at that and in like three weeks just fun harass him about it as a joke.

It was a little thoughtless - but, he may not have realized how it made you feel. Some fellas just don't have much tact - but it doesn't mean they can't learn. Tell your friend what you thought with out being pushy about it. Don't get up set about the situation so that he feels 'judged'. Be clear with him - but not hurtful. Bring it to his attention.
Guys aren't always thinking on the ball. But this does not mean they are stupid (repeat not stupid) - they just have a simpler matrix of thinking and most will admit it.

Sorry to say but it sounds like you are really the one at fault, if you expected a guy to pay, then leave your money in your wallet, at home, where ever. Now if this was a mutual understanding like you were going dutch then well you kind of have to pay your part.

Yep... sounds like a looser. No way to treat a lady. Did the movie really suck? I saw the previews and was wondering if it was any good. You should find you a nice man and go see Pirates... it's pretty good.

if u would have simplified the question it would been easier to answer..u was doin to much to ask it..but anyways..yes that was dirty of him to do..if he said he was going to take you he should have paid..when you offer to take someone or for someone to come along that means you are going to pay..so he should have been a gentlmen and offered to pay for you..obviously he was an @$$ if you are questioning he was one. so he asked u for 10$? if it was all that you should just paid your way and paid for what you wanted..so it wouldnt been a problem. dont go out another date with him..if hes going to act like that. hope i helpd good luck!

yeah, that's not cool. however, did you ask him to go with you or did he offer. if you asked him to go, you should have paid for everything. if he offered to go, then it should have been split 50-50.
