I think...all the time,about everything.Deeply.....Is this right,do I like this,do I like them,do I wanna be here,do I wanna hit them,do I care about this,do they care about me,do I give a **** about anything,do I love you,do I want them to love me,why has this happened,why did that happen,what caused that,If I did that would this happen,why do things happen,why have I no control over this,why can't I help them,why...why..why......

I've come to the conclusion that life is just that,a series of highs, lows and problem solving. With a few laughs and loves bunged in for good measure...whaddya reckon?

It's exactly the same for me. I tend to over-analyse situations, things that people have said, what i think they really meant, the past, what will happen in the future, how people see me. And recently i thought to myself, 'Maybe i shouldn't think about things so much as I do because I think it may be to blame for why i get depressed sometimes'. But i can't help thinking so much - i am a thinker and i am critical of all situations but i find when i switch off - i am much freer and happier. I'm afraid i don't have the answer to your question but i can associate with it.

Self-programming. Every question you ask yourself and every answer that you take is a way to brain wash your own mind. If you do not like what the why brings up then focus on the now. OR whatever...

there are medications you can take to alleviate the stress of thinking.........however, thinking at this depth may be more about worrying about the human condition, which is a very noble cause which too few people do these days. Keep thinking.....it proves you are alive......

yes, if u think too much about life and just existing, it can get depressing, because you realise the true meaning of life: birth, good times, bad times , death
