I love to drink but when I do before the night is over I almost always get sick and if I dont I either have a hangover the next day or a bad headache. Is there anything that will help. DO the OTC meds works?

take all your drinks rectally. normally a plain old beer bong works. this method has several advantages over normal drinking:

1. alcohol is absorbed much quicker in the large intestine than in the stomach, which should mean you'll drink less to achieve the same buzz.

2. this method doesn't irritate your stomach, so you won't get sick.

3. you don't get a hangover because the free radical are already in your large instestine.

4. makes for a great show at parties. you'll be the center of attention as you take shot after shot with your pants down.

5. no bad breath the next morning.

6. breathalizers don't pick up any alcohol ingested rectally.

in short, it's the trick of the trade and is real easy to learn.

Before you go to bed drink LOTS of water..... at least a bottle. The reason you have a headach is because your body is dehydrated. I used to get hangovers all the time until I started to do this. Give it a try. Guarantee it will work.

Eat a meal before you drink. Drink a glass of water between drinks. Drink weaker drinks. Snack all the time you are drinking. These should help, and the next morning have a Bloody Mary.

my hangover remedy is as soon as you wake up the next morning take 2 gravol, lots of water and a bananna smoothy and go back to sleep for like 3 or 4 more hours and you will feel a lot better when you wake up.

The gravol is for the barfing, the water is to hydrate and the bannana smoothy is to replenish your electrolytes, and the sleep is a product of the gravol. But Gravol works I really swear by it.

To avoid hangovers ask for a glass of tap water with each drink. Then before you go to sleep have two pints of water. It REALLY helps.

Have a little hair of the dog that bit you. As soon as you wake up start drinking again. Preferably what you were dring the night before or a bloody mary or a boilermaker.

Yup... like they said FOOD and WATER. If nothing else beer nuts and eat a couple of the ice cubes from your drinks.. it will help a little. Down two 8oz glasses of water before calling it a night.

Also, don't mix your alcohols.
