You should have had veterinary care all during the pregnancy and the vet would have prepared you for what to do. If you have a veterinary office open, call immediately for help. If not, see if there is an emergency vet service you can call for help. You need to be a more responsible pet owner.

usually their mom does everything (cleaning them, feeding them)... but you can also help with milk (carton milk) and a bottle to feed them if you have many puppies and not enough nipples from the mom to feed them....

I have no idea what you mean. I do know that you need to get a dog spayed though!!!!! If you are this clueless, you should not be in this situation!!!!!
