Personally, my favorite part of any woman is her heart and her mind. If I can't get along with her, i.e. if she grates on my nerves, gossips a lot, can't respect herself or others, et cetera et cetera et cetera, then she could be the most physically attractive woman in the world, and I would have a hard time enjoying my time around her.
As for your virginity, there's nothing wrong with being a virgin, regardless of your age. In fact, people who marry as virgins and stay monogamous throughout their lives have a far lower occurrence of marriage or emotional problems later on, and they report higher rates of marital satisfaction. Their divorce rates are lower, and it's kind of hard to be infected with a sexually transmitted disease if the only person you ever have sex with doesn't have one.
Personally, I find it far more attractive to know that a woman respects herself and those around her enough to look deeper than someone else's skin.
