It's true. If you drink too much water, you can dilute your blood so that your body chemistry doesn't work right. What's worse is that one of the side effects of drinking too much water is an odd sensation of thirst. It doesn't happen often. Dehydration is by far a more dangerous thing in our society.

If you're ever curious about whether you are dehydrated or overhydrated, weigh yourself. A half-liter of water weighs approximately one pound, so if your weight is suddenly off by more than a few pounds after a workout, you can tell whether to drink more water or slow down your drinking for a little while.

convinced it really is plausible yet quite unlikely. you need to drink someplace round 2 gallons in one million hour to overhydrate. this may actual be fixed by skill of both using the restroom or ingesting salt. those issues hardly takes position, yet even as it does that is always from college frat hazings or from ecstasy raves. people imagine in the experience that they drink water that is going to keep them hydrated even as on E, yet somewhat they're drowning themselves. So... in case you'd be ingesting 2 gallons of water in one million hour I advise having some salty snacks interior sight to keep your life.
