You want to go to Church and believe something, knock yourself out. But spewing "Biblical Babble" as the answer to how someone else should live their life is not a good thing, no matter what you believe.

The Bible is something tangible and touchable and religion, by nature is not. Religion is faith based. When someone believes strongly and blindly I think it's human nature to be drawn to the tangible elements. I agree with you that judgment is un-Christian but don't be so quick to lump all Christians together. I don't consider myself a Christian but there is much wisdom in the Bible. As far as self righteousness goes, I think you'll find that the worst cases are usually incredibly insecure people. Don't judge them and perhaps they'll show you the same respect.

If you don't want to read it, knock yourself out.

no matter what you believe, this is the way it is.

If you choose not to know how to live, don't ask, no one else's life is your business.

no matter what you believe.

God Bless You. Keep seeking Truth. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Light.

I prefer "biblical babble" to "Dr. Phil babble" or anything of that breed.

Gee, you sound just like Pontius Pilate. "What is 'truth'?" (John 18:38b)
