Start up some conversations with her first, get to know her a little better, then ask her out.

Whenever you see her go up to her and tell her that you are interested in her and you would like to get to know her better on a date. You go and tell her this, dont send your friend to do it.

after school you can ask her out by going up to her and asking to talk to her in privet lol and ask her if she wants to go to a movie or something lol how old are you
