Definitely. One common area is patent law or other intellectual property law. You can also get employed as general counsel or other legal roles at an engineering company. I am not an attorney, but have worked with many, and value partnerships with technical attornies.

You can also just practice law and you'll have a nice fundamental engineering background which may help you solve problems in methodical and disciplined ways.

Another obvious synergy would be environmental engineering and law. Because about the time the clean-up costs get over 2 million dollars or so, lawyers often get involved, IME.

But in any technical field, sometimes people sue each other. Or just need to draw up a contract. Then technically competent lawyers add a lot of value.

It's possible, but unlikely.

Once you get though engineering your not going to want to stay in school and get a law degree. When I was in school, I was going to get an engineering and double major in econ, dropped that. My roomate was going to try and go to med school after engineering, dropped that. It's not that it's too hard, or not possible, it's just by the time you've gotten there you want to get out and do something.

You don't choose to be a laywer...you are "chosen".

You misspelled "bachelor" in your question. Lawyers could never get away with that. And there is a grammar mistake in your question (its backwards).

Give up now my friend, you don't have a chance.
