a year is a long time
dont wait another day
i would be hurt if i was her
but it would also hurt me if you were with me without having any feelings
save her the time and let her move on sooner
you should gather all her things in a box
so she has no reason to go to your apartment anymore
and fully explain clearly to her face the reason you are wanting out

u cant break up with a girl without hurting her. so just do it already. tell her face to face that u cant be with her anymore and if she goes y and start being clingy, just tell her how u feel bout her not giving u any privacy

honestly, there probably isn't a way to let her go without hurting her a lot, unless she just doesn't care.
but you just have to be honest with her and tell her you don't think it's right to keep being with her, and you just wanna live your life. maybe you two are meant to be together, and it will happen later. or maybe you aren't supposed to be together. just talk to her nicely even though it's hard.
