something cool and pastel...when you sleep, it's easier to relax with cool light colors instead of something warm since we associate cool colors with water, sky, trees, nature. and warm colors we usually associate with food, which is why most restaurants, esp. fast food ones like wendy's and mcdonalds and burger king are red, yellow, and orange based. and red is just never right for bedrooms since it puts ur mind into a state of restlessness, hyperactivity, and possibly anger.

I like earthtones. It gives you a natural look, soft and warm. There are so many tones that go well together. blues, greens, browns. You can make your room like a flower garden, or a forest. Just look at nature for putting things together.

cobalt blue- It makes me feel happy. I was never able to have the colour I wanted before, because we rented. Now my room is in white and silver accessories with cobalt blue up the walls and over the cieling. I love it !!!!!!!!! (but it ain't for everyone I admit)
