I think it is pretty drastic to want to lose so much weight in one week. You should take things slow. Eat lots of fruit & veggies. Also drink lots of water. If you are very overweight...you should just start off with light weights and some walking. There is a very good weight loss supplement called Access bar. I understand that if this is taken 15 minutes before any sort of exercise that it helps burn fat naturally. it is not a drug ..all natural and patented. Hope it works for you. The only way to lose fifty pounds in a week is to amputate both your legs. I wouldn't recommend this method.

are you serious? unless you have surgery, that's impossible.
if you're trying to healthily lose weight, you should only be losing 1-3 pounds a week.
