Means that your baby doesn't consider you her baby anymore. You need to ask her what is going on. Could have been in a bad mood, maybe they heard a rumor about you and are mad at you, could be a million things. You need to talk to her and find out.

Most likely you caught your sweetie at a bad time...your sweetie was probably in the middle of something important and your sweetie's phone might have been ringing off the hook and when you called your sweetie might have been upset.
If not that, then I recommend you ask your sweetie what's up.
