ok, i already asked something like this before, but nobody gave me an answer. I NEED /WANT to fit in with some people in my school so that makes me think i need to become more skinny. I have tryed diets and things, but nothing is helping. I read something about a person that starved for 3 days then ate just a little the 4 day and they lost 5 pounds. I am wondering if that will work. A lot of people say that starving yourself is bad and it will may even kill you. I know that already, but it seems like the only way. You probably might not know what im going through, but please give me some good answers

12 years old and only 79 pounds? I don't know how tall you are, but it sounds like you're UNDERWEIGHT to me.

Please... do NOT starve yourself like that. You will actually GAIN weight. The human body is designed so that if you don't eat for a few days and then eat anything, ALL that you eat will be converted to fat because your body is trained to survive in the wild where meals are not guaranteed three times a day.

If you want to get into shape, I would recommend a healthy diet- and an exercise program to compliment it, as no diet is truely effective without exercise. Not only will you look better, but you will feel better about yourself as well.

Alright for one.. you're 12 years old you DON'T need to fit in anywhere just to be popular, if thats all they are about then they aren't worth your time. For two starving yourself is not healthy, making yourself puke is not healthy, the only HEALTHY way of losing weight is diet and exercise.. and being 79 lbs you are NO where near being fat... For three. GROW UP!! Your life shouldn't be revolved around who's bigger, who is skinner, blah blah blah! Your healthy and that should make you happy! Oh and another thing a lot of people know what your going through it's call PEER PRESSURE. You have to deal with it. Period, end of story.

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. i am about your age and a just a few pounds more than you. trust me,you're healthy. you don't have to be skinny just to be friends with some people. they aren't friends if they're worried about what you where or how much you weigh. please don't try to lose weight. you don't need to.

but if you really want to, here's my advice. drink lots of water and eat healthy. excercise about 2 to 3 times a week. and don't forget to eat. that's important. don't starve yourself. it'll decrease your metabolism. you'll gain more weight. that's a great danger to yourself. oh, and eat lots and lots of fruits.

but i think you're already skinny. that's my opinion.

hi, I'm happy the way i look. ever thing people do do not mean that you should change your self. i think you need to Gan some weight. you are beautiful person you do not need to lose weight . if in thing they need your friendship then you need there's. don't change a thing you can meet friend or i can be your friend because i need some too!!!

if your 12 you really shouldn't be thinking bout a diet right now....maybe just excerising more....cardio, etc. i don't think starvin yourself is a very good idea....just remember just cause everyone else is skinny don't mean that you have to be!

you are a healthy weight for your age, forget about it. in a couple years you will forget about all this, you are probably taller than everyone else, plus at your age boys are short and skinny. please don't harm your body with diets, they won't work anyways.
