my ex boyfriend have gon out 2 times and both times i broke up with him. now he sayed he loved me so i asked him out now he sayedhe likes me but cant gop out with me cause when we brea up we wont be friends anymore does he really even like me?

Maybe he is worried about the outcome of trying it again. Maybe he has decided not to risk it, and just wants to be friends instead. That way, no one gets hurt!!
