I would see an orthopedic surgeon. They can do an MRI to see if there is a problem. My husband saw a chiro for many years and he ended up having a herninated disk. Chiro can only mask the problem not solve it if is something more than an ache or pain.

For immediate relief, take some pain medication, and get someone to rub some ben-gay, on your back, or any pain reliever, that you might have around. Stay off of your feet, for awhile, and keep your feet elevated, or lay on your back, and put a pillow under your knees. Good Luck..

take some ibuprofen

if you have strained it then ice it every hour for 10 min

if not try warming the area of pain

the back dr. if not better then to the er. room so they can give you a musle pain killer and then you have to rest. and it may be kidney problems too.

Go to the doctor's! Mine was killing me last week and I found out I have scoliosis... It won't hurt to have it checked out.
