What? God with no sense of humor. That's not true He made me and that has got to give him a good belly laugh from time to time.

Some people are more serious about God and the matters of the world today they just don't see no humor in the world because they are so devoted in prayer and the Savior of the world. Now and days you cant just pray for yourself you must pray for the world. Religion is a serious business,praying for the world is no joke if you take a look at what really is going on you would come to realize that America isn't as safe as we thought it was. I don't think that the state of the world is in a funny situation and maybe you need to turn on the news and see what's going on and then maybe you'll over stand why people that are religious aren't thinking anything is funny about now. If you not quite aware there is a war going on and people children, brothers,and sister's are getting killed while your busy making jokes and humor in church.

What often happens on both sides of this discussion is both sides will take things too far and what one side sees as humor the other side sees as disrespectful. Belief is a very fragil thing and jokes even well meant can be stinging at times. Most people forget to put themselves in the other persons shoes. In my opinion that is why.

God created our sense of humor. I think He's going to be a kick to hang out with.

there are those who are intently trying to find and understand God with a passion of being right and/or they have been taught to be afraid of God.. then there are those who realize that part of God is humor, laughter, light-heartedness, joy. look at some of the animals..they make you laugh! look at humans and the funny things they playfully do. Where there is God there is love(same thing). Where there is love there is laughter and joy.

God's sense of humor is everywhere you look. Trust in that or the life he blessed us all with would be very boring and uneventful. Thank God for everything you have especially if its laughter!

Jesus did. By some of the answers he gave I think he enjoyed people. He also valued friendship and hung out alot with people (took time with them, an example to us ).
We are in trouble without a sense of humor or take ourselves too seriously.

I think God has a sense of humor, remember in the Bible when Jesus was talking to the Pharisees and he said something like,"Why do you criticize your brother for the speck in his eye when you have a beam in yours?
