It's called bait and switch.
Once on the lot or showroom, you may never see it, if it exists. If so, they may, may, have had one. Either way, it was sold just before you got there, but, we have this one, yadda,yadda,yadda.

This is a scam. There is no way anyone can sell cars that cheap, unless they are in a super super generous mood, and is giving them away.
