You need to see a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist for an appropriate diagnosis. You may think you have all of the symptoms, which would make you an extreme case. Diagnosis is usually based on assortment of symptoms that may exist separately or co-exist with others; it is not typical for a person properly diagnosed as bipolar to have ALL of the symptoms. A proper diagnosis is made based upon certain criteria that must be met, certain timeframes and durations, and ruling out other diagnoses. This should be done by a clinician, not by someone online. If you want to take charge of your life, see a trained doctor and get a proper diagnosis.

Good luck!

First and foremost, don't diagnose yourself. Go and seek help from a mental health center. If you truly want to reconcile with your girlfriend and mother of your child, you need to be "well" to do so. Assuming that you truly are Bipolar, you will need to seek treatment. Let your qualified doctor/therapist tell you what steps to take.

My husband is bi polar. Go to a psychiatrist and get put on the right anti depression meds. Until you can get seen try the website "WEBMD" and see if there is something that can help until then.
