Depends on height and weight. You need a certain amount of calories to function fully.

Your hair will get dingy, your nails will get brittle, you skin will be dull and you will break out..... eat the right food in the correct amount.. see a nutritionist or something

it might be enough calories if you are dieting and live a sedintary lifestyle....but you definately are not getting enough nutrients to be healthy. you need more fruits and vegetables, and some protein...that diet has almost none, and that is very hard on your heart.
