Impossible Cheeseburger Pie
1lb ground beef
1c chopped onion
1/2 t salt
1c shredded cheddar cheese
Cook beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in greased 9" pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.
NEXT
Stir together with fork until well blended: 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup Bisquick and 2 eggs. Pour into plate with ground beef mixture.
Bake @ 400 degrees or until knife comes out clean.
When it is baked the crust will have risen to the top of the pie like magic and it is very tasty.

I don't know that one - try Pillsbury.com. The one I use, mashed potatoes and cheese is the topping. Good luck.
