Has anyone tried the yoga booty ballet video? Just curious if it works.

I own the DVDs and I don't like them, but i am sure they work. I am trying to get rid of mine. If you really like yoga and dance, these are for you but they are too slow for me.

i have not tried it, notwithstanding it seems solid. it should be more cost-effective to purchase the set than to affix a gymnasium. in case you try it and don't like it, you ought to resell the set and then connect a gymnasium.
