Yes, I don't remember how it all works. But it will lessen the effectiveness of your immune system and then you'll get sick easier. So, it doesn't directly make you sick (unless it gives you tummy aches like me), but it will help.

Stress can make you very sick. Your adrenal glands produce the hormones needed to deal with stress and they can become burnout by too much stress. It makes sense that if any organ in the body is not working at 100% you will be more likely to get sick. Stress can kill.

Absolutely. When I was going thru a divorce I was sick for over a month. I was constantly at the doctor's office. And I'm a healthy person!

yes, it can and make the body sick too and their is good stress and bad stress.

It sure does. It almost killed me. But now with exercise, eating healthy and using natural herbs instead of that synthetic stuff you buy at wal-mart I feel mucho better.
