Chicken Wings
This is a family favorite and makes a large amount. So have people over when you make these!
1 bottle ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
8-10 servings

1. Cut chicken wings in 1/2 and brown in 1 Tbsp.
2. butter.
3. Place them in a large pan.
4. In a separate mixing bowl combine vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, worchesterschire sauce and soy sauce.
5. Pour the sauce over the wings.
6. Bake 3 to 4 hours at 350 degrees.
7. You can usually buy the frozen mini wings that are great and taste just as good.

If the juices from the meat were clear and not pink or red and the meat was not red you probably cooked them for enough time in the pan. Maybe next time toss them in the stove or a toaster oven and after they have cooked about 45 minutes then give them a little stab to check for clear juices for doneness. Then toss them in the sauces. Yum, I'm hungry now.

Break one open. Should be firm meat that is not opaque. You can't really mess up chicken wings. If you are not sure, throw em in a 375 oven for 5 more minutes being careful not to burn the tips.

Enjoy!

I usually end up having to cook them for an hour in the oven - I am so worried about poultry not being cooked thouroughly. If you didn't fry them in HOT oil, I don't think you cooked them long enough. If you didn't see any blood when you ate them, I'm thinking you're okay.

First it depends on what size they were
Second after you cook it if you pull on the meat and it doesn't come off then it is considered uncooked.
