Why do you care they are getting killed by Israelis at the moment, they're probably discussing where to find a safe place for them and their family can move to , to escape Israeli aggression. Where Israel will strike next..and if it will ever stop.

Depends on the nation. Turkey is an excellent example of a muslim secular nation that has religious freedom like the West. Afghanistan (as an example) and some other mid eastern nations (not all of them) take a dimmer view of such talk.

In most families where organized religion is part of their way of life, the children are brought up and raised under these beliefs as the truth. Nobody tells their kid, "this is what we believe but you can make up you own mind as to whether this is true or not".
