Hi, here's something you could try- A Wrap Around. what u need to do 1st is make syoure ur hair is towel dried wet. Then take a jumbo sized roller & curl the hair at ur crown middle section in the roller. (this will not curl ur hairif u use a jumbo roller, don't worry, it will just give a bit of hight at the roots for a nice bounce). then make a centre parting from your corwn to your forehead. Then take vertical sections & comb them wraping them around ur head to the right side. Keep doing this till all ur hair is wrapped around & use 4 section pins to hold the hair in place like the 4 corners of a square. now use a hair dryer & rum at medium heat gently for 20-30 minutes. Donot keep drying in the same place, keep moving the dryer. After 20-30 mins., gently unwind the hair & do the same as above but wraping the hair to the left side. Repeat the blowrying process till the hair is dry.
P.S. you could use some sleek lok serum to give a nice sleek finish be forw wrapping your hair around ur head. Good Luck!

All straighteners will damage your hair. Chemical or any kind of iron. Try john friedas frizz ease immediatey after the shower and after you dry your hair (blow drying can damage hair also) use a cream called "secret weapon" it works good on frizz and makes hair shiny. And get regular trims... If your hair is really long I understand not wanting to cut it, but trimming will reduce those split ends that can cause even more frizz. Have them take off just like 1/2 inch all over

depending on the texture of your hair i wouldnt recommend perms or relaxer because it can sometime damage people's hair. but if you think you can maintain the up keep of a perm try that last. blow drying your hair can st8en it also but any prolong heat will damage your hair. ask your stylist what she thinks is best.
when i was younger i had to get a head full of hair which reached down my back str8en every other saturday in my mom's kitchen with a hot comb and pressing oil. i cried all 3 hours.

well if you are a person of color or with color, you can always relax it. Or you could try that new steam hair straitener. When I was in the mall they tested it on my hair, not only did my hair get bone straight but it also got very soft and did no damage.

Get a brush to hold your hair out straight and blast it with a blow dryer one section at a time.
Flat iron is definitely easier.

well you can use an iron, the kind that you use to iron your clothes but i would suggest a ceramic flat iron. also use a flat iron spray before you straighten your hair, it will help protect your hair.

always use protectant spray if you are going to use a flat iron...otherwise, brushing it straight while you blow dry it, or applying moisterizer while it is wet and twisting it tightly in one or two large twists until it dries will semi-straighten it.
