Check out Deism. You can believe in a "God" without all this man made BS. God doesn't have to be the God of an organized religion. He/she/it can be what makes the most sense to you.

because their sin is paid for and their hearts are changed and they will love what is good and will weep for the wrong they did until God wipes each tear from their eyes

no criminal, lying, hurtful, cheatin heart will ever enter heaven but there is a hope of mercy and forgiveness where sin can be forgivin and hearts can be changed

they are new creations by grace and the work will be done by the time they walk through the pearly gates. The forgiven are works in progress now and the hearts will be made perfect then

God told Adam ahead of time if they ate they would return to the dust they were made from and they became ground zero of death in the world federally representing the rest of mankind and draggin th euniverse down with.

there is a second Adam, Jesus, and instead of death those who believe in him are repessented at the cross for eternal life and though the cross God is both just and mericful, judging sin and being merciful.

I know that you are not really interested in the answer, but lets start with your misconception of God. He doesn't just forgive everyone. He has requirements. If a person is behaving in the way you described, he will be destroyed. If God was to allow these types of people into "heaven" or to continue forever on the earth, then no, he would not be a God of justice. But that is NOT what the Bible teaches. I am sorry that you have never gotten to learn about the true God,Jehovah, because he is worth knowing.

Now to the "apple" comment:
When God put Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden and gave them everything they needed to be happy, the only thing he asked is that they show him respect by not eating from "one" tree. Their obedience demonstrated their appreciation for everything He had given them. When Satan convinced Eve to eat from that tree, Adam, Eve and Satan began a rebellion against God. Basically they said they didn't need God to rule over them, they could do it themselves. How would you react if you gave your children everything, and they treated you with that kind of disrespect? It wasn't like Adam didn't know what the consequences were. He was told that he would die if he ate from that tree, he told Eve, she also knew.
It has taken time to prove that we need God's rule. Humans have tried every form of Government and failed.

Do you know of any child molesters or rapist in heaven? Do you think these people would honestly be able to find God. You do not go to heaven just because you ask to be forgiven. Your heart does not lie and that is what you will be judged by.

and just for the record no fruit is mentioned as to which one was bitten.

Simple. When Adam and Eve bit the apple (more acurately "the fruit of knowledge of good and evil", since nowhere says "apple") they directly disobeyed God, since he told them not to. They got punished, but later in time God made 2 agreements: the first with someone, whose name I don't remember, and the second with all of the hebrews, through Moses. This agreement established law, punishment and redemption for sinners; it was the chance to make up for the disobedience of Adam and Eve.

Even later, Jesus came to earth and made the final and eternal allyance with all of mankind, in which new and definitive rules were established.

You see, suffering is part of the essence of men, as is war and greed. But since all of that is done here during our life there's still one chance to save one's soul.

And for those who are thinking: "then I'll do whatever I want, no matter who gets hurt in the process or how many sins I commit. I'll just repent before I die and everything will be fine", remember two things:

1.- Repentance has to be true, and true repentance is always in the company of REMORSE. SO be careful, if one feels no remorse then it's all falsehood.

2.- Those who know the laws of God and breake them will be judged harder than those who broke them without knowing it was wrong. You know the rules... so you better not breake them.

Because He is the Almighty, because He is the creator of all things. His word is the Truth.

Also, no human is better than another when looking at sin. We are ALL born into it and cannot escape it by ourselves. A man who leads a life similar to that of the Catholic Pope or a child molester cannot gain entrance into His kingdom without realizing that what Jesus did for us by dying on the cross (a perfect sacrifice) is something we never can do.

Also, there are many that might think they know the word but still don't understand. To know Jesus and to accept him means giving yourself to Him. If a molester finds Jesus, I don't think you'd find him actively committing crimes again.......or at least fighting against it.

Yes, God is just. If it were about justice, then no one would get into heaven. It is not about that, it is about grace. That was the point of Jesus entire message on this earth. Every parable He taught, every event in His life reflected that very thing. He kept saying to us over and over that following every aspect and nuance of the law would not get you into heaven if you have a bad heart and are doing it for the wrong reasons.

How much better can you get than the Creator of the Universe saying specifically to you "yeah, I know you're not perfect, walk with Me anyway"

God did not punish all of man for the act of biting an apple. He punished us for our disobedience for Him telling us not to bite the apple. God is not mean or blaze or anything negitive. I like to look at God as a Father and us as His children. we suffer in this world for disobedience, just as we suffer at home for disobedience to our parents. God is everyone's father. How would you feel if you had 40 billion disobedient children that was always coming to you for this or that, but never wants to obey. Always wants to take from Daddy, but never wanna give. In God's eyes we have all fallen short of Hid glory. The only way to recieve that glory is to go and not do the molesting again, and to also learn and change your heart to that thing. Like what happpened to Saul of Tarsus, how he became The Apostle Paul. God is love. For He so loved the world that He gave His only perfectly obedient child that who shall ever believe in Him shall not be seperated from Him, but shall have life with Him forever and ever. It's that real.

You are so simple minded to believe a fruit is the only issue here. The tree tha provided the fruit was the tree of knowledge of good and evil. God created man and woman with free will. For love to be shown in its truest form it has to be a choice. A father who wants a child typically loves their child more than the one who does not want a child. God gave them the choice to say no God we are going to listen to you and spend our lives here in this wonderful garden. Their will and cohersion by Satan allowed them to entertain the thought of becoming like God. Satan used the words you will know "like God" things of good and evil. It is called the fall of man, not the fall of the apple.

God's grace is available to everyone, and that is what makes it so special and so hard to understand. Only God will know for sure if the rapist really asked for forgiveness and truly wants to repent. The rapist can talk all they want about being "saved", but honestly, we will never really know. It's the same for everyone really.
