If so, the answer is her first marriage. If the woman did not get a legal divorce and/or her husband did not die, then she is consider technically to still be married. Therefore the woman can be charged with two counts of adultery and imprisoned for a number of years.

Then, again, this woman may be a polygamist. Then the same term would still apply. And, should she not be a polygamist, she is licensed to perform lawful wedding ceremonies - as a priest/ess, minister, judge, Rabi, etc.
