Is there such thing as naturally bad person? can someone be born "bad" or is it something learned?

Normally I would see you can't be born bad, but there has been evidence that even children from strictly normal parents can be devious and vicious. Maybe its a throwback from the gene pool that makes it happen. I am not a psychologist but I've seen two really strange children who actually get pleasure from hurting animals and their parents were horrified about this, considering that those kids were only 4 and didn't have friends that would show them that sort of thing.

Everyone is born with a distinct personality.
I do not believe a person is born bad, but a certain personality type or combination thereof might lend itself to become bad as a way of expression.
Being bad is a way to express a need for recognition.
A way to get attention.
A way to over come repression from family members, religious doctrine, political view, cultural standards, and on and on.

i don't think you can be born with the personalty you have i say its the parents that make how that person is going to be because if they let there kids do what ever and not care what there kid does then that kid wont know whats good and bad and then take advantage of it and not care so its the parents fault the way they end up later in life

you cannot be born bad. it is a learned behaviour. knowing the difference betwen right and wrong and choosing wrong is bad. however, as children we learn to always do our best and acheive goals. so what you learn about bad and acting on those instincts is wrong!!!
