Walk to all stores, walk to beach, walk to market, near 3 Palm Tran Bus routes, short ride to Tri-Rail or Amtrak or Palm Beach International Airport. 3 Miles to I95 to Miami or all points north. Near Riviera Beach City Gymnasium/Recreation Center for residents as is Beach.

It sounds great but there are a few things that I would change.
1) ...parking space right in front. - you left off the t
2) I would say that you can walk to stores, beach, and market. Do not put walk in front of each place. It just sounds wordy.

OMG. I want to move in there and I don't like the PB area!! I could even bring the puppies... seriously, can I work off the rent with cooking, cleaning, or laundry?
