If you are good looking (to die for) then ignore her. A popular girl usually has boys fawning over her all the time and it gets boring. You're good looking and you want her chasing you? Do as I say.
On the other hand if your glasses are setting on your too large nose above a sea of zits then you need to become Woody Allen. Make her laugh with your wit and charm. A really smart woman (that's not an oxymoron) will understand that wit and charm last forever and "to die for" looks fade in us all.

You sound young. I remember asking the same questions when I was your age too but there was no "answers.yahoo.com" back then.
So you should feel lucky that you are getting this information. So here goes:
Most girls react better to you (if they like you) when you ignore them. Now don't get this confused with being MEAN! You should NOT be mean or else she will lose interest. Just don't be enthusiastic when she talks to you. When she is around and you would normally say "hi" don't. Continue acting like you are having a great time with your buddies.
I know this sounds crual but you would be surprised how people flock to YOU when you don't show that you are desperate. It works! Try it yourself and you'll see.

Ask her if she has every thought of going out with you. Then suggest you give it a try and ask her out. Also get to know her more as a friend. That way she feels comfortable around you. Maybe it will develop into more.

First you should try finding out what she likes to do, then take her on a date doing one of those options. When talking, be confident, act like your really interested in what she has to say, if your too shy to do these things, than just tell her how you feel, a confession could go a long way.

ask her out on a date maybe get to know her a lot better and 4 her to say yes be confident and #1 dont be nervous

1) Learn to spell
2) Ask her out. The worst that could happen is if she says no, which isn't very different from where you are now.

Tell her you like her. Ask her to "hang out" sometime. I would be flattered if I were her. Plus, even if she says no, there is little chance she will think you're a loser!

since you are alredy friends with her, she has some sort of level of comfort with you, ask her if she has ever thought of going out on a date with you or ever thought of you as more than a friend and see where things go from there....
