Depends on the type of hair you have. If you have very course, thick hair then every 3-6 weeks. If you have a good or a decent grade of hair, every 6-8 weeks. I get relaxer put in my head about 6 weeks.

for best results without damaging your hair you should relax your hair every two months. In between the two months you should wash your hair with the shampoo that you recieve in the package when its needed. But let your new growth grow for a lil while and then relax it.

for touch up every 6 to 10 weeks depends on how much new growth you have. for the full hair 3 times a year. That's how I've done it without any problems.

No sooner than 6 weeks and only apply to new growth, although its not recommended if your hair is also color treated.
