get it to a vet

They can shiver when they are in shock or pain. If she is not moving, carefully get a towel under her, wrap it gently around her and put her in a crate. If she's hurt, you don't want to injure her more by moving her around too much. Get her to the vet ASAP. If she is moving around fine, eating fine, no vomitting or diarrhea, and otherwize acting normally, keep an eye on her in case she's hiding an illness. Call the vet and ask what it could be, if you don't think it's an emergency situation. My cats shiver a little when they growl... usually if my dog goes near or they have a mouse.

If it goes outside something may have happened to it... maybe a fight with another cat or animal... chased by a dog or mean people... etc...
Keep an eye on it and comfort it as best you can... it may just need to settle down... if it persists a call/visit to the vet is probably needed...

Good luck!!!

Most likely your cat is sick. Call the vet and see if there's something you can do for your cat at home or if you should take your cat into be seen by the vet

A shivering cat may or may not be sick. Cats shiver when they are cold, frightened, or excited; also when they are in pain or have a fever.

where is it exactly? Cats tend to shake when they are scared. Or it could be nothing, you know how cats are. If you are really concerned about it I suggest taking it to the vet.
