Of course you should, if you feel the call to. You can pray for anything that is not against the will of God. He created the kitten and you will get a blessing for praying if you are serious about it.

Yes, God is the same for human beings and all animals, especially with Saint Francis of Assisi, the patron saint for all animals. On his feast days in some Roman Catholic Churches, the priests bless all the animals large and small that come either before the mass or after the mass. If you are not sure whether to pray for a sick kitten, always remember you can always pray to Saint Francis of Assisi to intervene for you on your behalf.

Any animal that has the capacity to love has a soul. Yes, it's perfectly okay to pray for a sick kitten.

I came home one night to find my kitten lying in the street. She looked dead. She wasn't moving. She had blood coming from her nose and from her ears. But she was still alive. We brought her inside and cared for her the best we could. Then we prayed for her. We took her to the vet the next morning and the vet said that there was nothing wrong with her.
God knows when each sparrow falls from the tree. He cares about His little creatures too. Pray for your kitten. I will pray for your kitten too.

Why would you want a sick kitten? You should not pray, because it does nothing, and talking to yourself is bad for you. If I had to pray, it would be for hot girls, not sick kittens, I can use a hot girl.

You can pray for anything you want or just pray. It says in the Bible to pray without ceasing. You should give all your worries to God.
At Church the children quite often ask us to pray for there sick animals it is fine and we do it. It teaches children about prayer and giving it all to God.

if i were you and it were MY kitten,i would,but if you really like kittens so much,you could pray 4 all the sick ones!

You can pray for God to heal the animal, because he cares for all creatures!
However, if you could save your cat or a stranger from drowning and pick your cat, than you are treating the anima too much like a human!
