Remember, if you want to loose weight you have to be very disciplined following the calories values and practicing any sport.

If you don't have much will power than don't do the at home workout type of thing. You just won't be motivated to work out at home doing some stupid video, or getting on a treadmill. Find something that you enjoy doing, take some classes, or find a friend to workout with. If you have the $, join a gym and get a few sessions with a trainer. Good luck :)

You need to do some research. There are so many diet plans out there that you need to find one that will work for you. Men usually do well on a low carb diet. If you need to eat breads and pasta's the Mediterranean diet may work for you. Weightwatchers is a very middle of the road solution for many people.

The bottem line to losing weight is that more calories need to be expended than taken in. I have the problem that I am already eating a healthy "whole food" diet and so most of these plans do not have a large inpact on my weight. The only thing that really works for me is portion control.

Find some, you only will get out what you put in. If you don't care enough to make the effort then you really won't see results. Best thing for you would be to keep healthy snacks around like fruits and veggies and snack on those during the day that way you don't feel as hungry and when you go to eat a meal you will fill up quicker. Plus its healthy.

Train yourself to do things you don't want to do in a fun way in order to lose wait. Make yourself wake up early in the morning for an early jog while listening to music, play sports. Anything to make you enjoy being active.

Gotta sweat it out...go to the gym..or get in home tapes like tae bo..his workouts are great
